Watch the Intro to MCT with Prof. Dr. Steffen Moritz

For those who wished but could not attend the live introduction to Metacognitive Training with Prof Doctor Steffen Moritz offered last May 24th, we are making available the talk recording below!

What is Metacognitive Training for Psychosis?

Metacognitive Training (MCT) for Psychosis addresses metacognitive processes in psychosis through humorous exercises, in which individuals with psychosis can gain insight into unhelpful cognitive distortions (e.g., jumping to conclusions, overconfidence in decisions) and improve their metacognitive abilities (“thinking about thinking”). MCT is one of the cognitive health interventions delivered virtually as part of the iCogCA study.

Happy watching!
